Card Encoding and Embossing

Encoding and embossing takes place at our state-of-the-art production facility in Rhode Island. Not only is the facility MasterCard and Visa certified, but it also operates under the appropriate security and surveillance equipment for maximum protection against unwarranted entry or access. Additionally, all plastic cards are stored in a locked vault that is controlled by dual password and dual sign-off procedures.

Card and Program Management

The plastic card services we offer range from original concept to personalization and mailing. We design and supply the communications and collateral material that you’ll need to promote your program effectively. All inventoried items are monitored for usage history and content management. The goal is to allow time for you to review your order so that, if necessary, any reorder or program changes can easily be made.

Return Mail Support

Shoreline’s Return Mail is the perfect secure system to deal with your “Return to Sender” Debit and ATM cards, so they do not come back to haunt you! Shoreline’s Return Mail is a safe and secure process for destroying returned debit and ATM cards. It offers a perfect solution for payment cards that do not make it to their intended cardholder (very often occurring upon the reissue of expired debit cards and when a cardholder has changed addresses).

Cards are returned directly to Shoreline reducing the risk of card fraud for a financial institution as well as complying with financial audits regarding the logging and the dual control destruction of returned debit cards.
